The app

BrainJong ("the app") is a brain-training and card/tile game club for iPhone and iPad. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Membership

Club Membership is offered as an auto-renewing Monthly Pass ($9.99/month), an auto-renewing Yearly Pass ($99.99/year), or a one-time Lifetime Pass ($199.99).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Prices are shown in your local App Store currency before you buy.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your Apple ID subscription settings.
One membership unlocks everything. There are no other purchases — no coins, no consumables.

Play money

All dollars, coins, and jackpots inside the app are play money. They have no cash value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be redeemed. BrainJong is not a gambling product.

Fair use

Don't attempt to tamper with, reverse engineer, or misuse the app. We may update or discontinue features to keep the club running well.

No warranties

The app is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
